By accessing or using Prompt God("the Service"), including the website at https://promptgod.tech and the Prompt God Chrome extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

By continuing to use the website or extension, you accept these terms in full.

2. Description of Service

Prompt Godprovides a Chrome extension that improves AI prompts on supported platforms (currently ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude). The extension uses OpenAI's API to process and enhance your prompts before sending them.

3. Accounts and Authentication

You may sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information during the authentication process.

4. Pricing and Payments

• Free plan: Includes 10 prompt improvements at no cost.
• Pro plan: A one-time payment of $50 USD grants unlimited lifetime access to the Service.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

5. Refund Policy

As Prompt God is a digital product with immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds. We encourage you to use the free tier to evaluate the Service before purchasing.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the extension
• Share, resell, or redistribute your account access to third parties
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits on the free plan

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, branding, and content, is owned by Prompt God. You retain full ownership of your prompts and any content you create using the Service.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including OpenAI, Google, Stripe, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that improved prompts will always produce better AI responses.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prompt God shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
